Cancellation Policy

House Rules:

The GUEST agrees to abide by the house rules, which include, but are not limited to:

1. No use of hard drugs inside or outside the apartment.

2. No pets allowed unless agreed upon in writing.

3. No loud music or disturbances that may inconvenience the neighbors.

EVENTS ARE ALLOWED

For events such as parties, game nights, or photoshoots, kindly contact RUNHOME APARTMENT.

Guest Liability:

The management shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to the GUEST’S personal property during the rental period. 

• Violation of the agreement by the GUEST shall result in termination of the contract with no refund. 

• A valid KYC means of identification is required.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Lagos/Nigeria].
